Corrupted Reaper also got better in the July 16 patch, with increased Mythic and Iconic Unique rates. It can drop up to two Pandemonium Fragments depending on Torment level, so there is still something to take away from a dry streak. Players tend to notice that part after a few rough runs. Deathtoll Chambers help keep the cycle alive as well, since high-Torment clears guarantee at least one Superior Lair Key. The repeatable Glints of Hope track now matters more too. It provides a guaranteed fragment, while the final repeatable cache can supply Superior Lair Keys. That turns seasonal reputation into another route back to boss attempts rather than a reward track you forget about once it is done.

Should I spend Mythic Tributes or keep running bosses for my build?

Use both routes, but do not force the harder one just because the reward looks better on paper. Mythic Tribute of Armaments now has much stronger Mythic odds at Torment X and guarantees a Mythic at Torment XII. That guarantee applies to the tribute reward at Torment XII, not to every activity played there. If your build can clear XII comfortably, it is a serious option. If not, a clean Torment X run is often smarter than burning a tribute on a failed attempt. Lair Bosses remain the better choice when you are chasing a particular Unique base, since the item itself still matters before Mythic quality enters the picture. Be careful with Pandemonium Fragment crafting in Season 14, too. The current Cube conversion can swap your Unique for another eligible Unique in the same slot. It does not preserve the item you put in. Season 15 is expected to replace that reroll with a direct Mythic upgrade that keeps the original Unique, which is a much saner setup for players who have already found their key build item.

The useful approach is simple: rebuild keys through Glints of Hope and Deathtoll runs, take Corrupted Reaper seriously when fragments are low, and save Tributes for content you can actually finish. There is no shame in farming the reliable lane for a while. A steady supply of cheap d4 gear can also help close the gap before pushing a higher Torment bracket, especially when one missing slot is holding the whole build back.
