"I atten­ded inform­a­tion ses­sions on frack­ing back in 2014 when David Wheeler chaired the com­mis­sion look­ing into the industry com­ing to Nova Sco­tia.

"In 2014, com­munity engage­ment occurred in town hall set­tings and aud­it­or­i­ums, with com­munity mem­bers listen­ing to what a panel had to say. We were given an oppor­tun­ity to respond to the inform­a­tion and ask ques­tions at the micro­phone. And we received answers to our ques­tions.

"Not this time."
