  • In New Brunswick, the government pays Irving to spray glyphosate. To add insult to injury, Irving owns a chemical distribution company that sells the glyphosate to the province.

    It’s a disgusting situation, no matter how you look at it.

    The forest belongs to all of us (actually, it’s unceded First Nations Land) and to allow these forestry companies to spray poison all over the place, affecting animals and plants and water and soils so that they can get a couple of more percentage points of profit every year is criminal.

    It makes me want to build a jail just to house a few billionaires.
