The police are arresting protesters on unceded territory. Doesn’t really sound legal to me, but then it doesn’t have to be right or even legal. And you can’t blame it on just Horgan and Trudeau. In Canada we have over 30 years… where when it comes down to the wire, the pipeline companies and banks behind them will push the government to do what is in the company’s best interest whether it’s legal or not.
